As Yamal 1 writes, long-term rental for the summer or for several months, as a rule, is not considered a business and is not prohibited by law. But daily rentals can be regarded by law as the provision of hotel services. According to the law, doing business in SNT is prohibited.
The deputy advised to carefully study the charter of your partnership – there may be direct prohibitions or restrictions on renting. The chairman's permission or notification of neighbors is not required to rent out the house. But if tenants violate the silence or rules of residence, neighbors have the right to complain to the SNT board or the police.
Violation of the intended use of land due to entrepreneurial activity, that is, daily rental, is subject to a fine of 10 thousand rubles.
