
According to him, this is happening against the backdrop of a strong ruble, high interest rates, labor shortages and budget restrictions.
In these conditions, business is forced to get used to it, curtail some areas in order to redistribute the scarcest resource – people, Reshetnikov noted.
“Previously, we somehow managed to cope with all this, because somewhere in the economy there were reserves. Now we note that these reserves have been largely exhausted, the situation really is the same and the macroeconomic situation is much more complex,” the minister said.
