Nicusor Dan explains the difference between him and Klaus Iohannis. 15-minute discussion with the activist Marian Ceaușescu

After an interview given to Europa FM, President Nicușor Dan was waited on the exit by the activist Marian Ceaușescu with whom he spoke for a quarter of an hour, the latter reproaching him for the appointments made to the head of the Prosecutor's Office and the fact that he would now defend the interests of the parties, not the citizens.
The first question Marian Ceaușescu asked him was what is the difference between Nicușor Dan and former president Klaus Iohannis.
“No Dan is someone concerned, who has been for 20 years and will continue to be concerned, about justice reform,” the president replied.
To the observation that this is refuted by the fact that it was accepted that Marius Voineag and Alex Florenta become deputies at the General Prosecutor's Office, respectively DIICOT, Nicușor Dan said: “What matters are the heads of the prosecutor's offices.”
Nicușor Dan did not even agree with the statement that he would have ended up defending the interests of the parties at the expense of the citizens, Ceaușescu explicitly mentioning the PSD.
“In May, when I ran, the Parliament was already formed, with 35% anti-Western parties and I said from the campaign that we need stability (…) On the other hand, the tendencies of the PSD and others to bring justice to the functioning of the institutions still concern me,” said the head of state.
After talking about the situation in the judicial system, the two got to the subject of the fines that each of them received in their public activity. Nicușor Dan said that he received about 70, but Marian Ceaușescu surpassed him, with 130.
“There is some trust left, but it is no longer 100%,” Ceaușescu told the president at the end of the discussion.
