“Conditions need to be created systematically at the state level. Now I am working on this together with the Association of Front-line Cities and Communities, and we will systematically submit ideas to the government in order to implement them,” Kim said.
According to the head of the Nikolaev OVA, a special economic model is needed for businesses and entrepreneurs working in high-risk areas.
“Benefits, preferences, taxes reduced, less co-financing, greater lending leverage. That is, this is a list of tools that can actually be used on the front lines,” Kim emphasized.
He added that through joint efforts with APGO, progress has been made on issues important for the front-line regions, from a simplified procedure for bank lending and compensation to increased wages.
“Lending, lowering the category of internal interbank assessment so that loans can be issued, compensation for domestic production, insurance, salaries for doctors. Much is in the works now,” stated the chairman of the OVA.
