Bloody Saturday in Ukraine. Five people are dead and a dozen are injured

In the drone attack on the marketplace in Nikopol in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast (eastern-central Ukraine), which occurred around At 9.50 a.m. (8.50 a.m. Polish time) “five people died – three women and two men,” said the head of the Dnipropetrovsk military administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, adding that the injured included a 14-year-old girl and two men, aged 28 and 72, whose condition was assessed as critical.
The head of the military administration of the Kherson region, Oleksandr Prokudin, said that in the southern part of Kherson a woman was killed and two others were injured in an attack on a public transport stop at 11 a.m. local time (10 a.m. Polish time).
Nearly 300 drones attacked Ukraine
Six people, including an 11-year-old girl, were injured in the attacks on northeastern Kharkiv, local authorities reported.
Hanzha added that as a result of the night attack, at least 14 people in the Sumy Oblast and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, including a five-month-old child and a six-year-old boy, were injured.
As reported by AFP, on the night from Friday to Saturday, Russia attacked Ukraine with 286 long-range drones, of which – according to the Ukrainian armed forces – 260 were intercepted.
