A fight between supporters took place a few minutes before the start of the derby between Red Star Belgrade and Partizan, from the 35th stage of the Euroleague.
Huge chaos and a brawl broke out before the match started. The ultras used belts, torches and fists.
The violent moment broke out 10 minutes before the start, but the situation calmed down quickly and the derby was able to start at the scheduled time (21:00).

An incident also took place in one of the buses that was taking the home fans to the Belgrade arena. The attackers started breaking the windows of the bus while it was moving. The moment happened 3 hours before the start of the match, according to sportal.rs.
Hundreds of gendarmes were mobilized to ensure peace at the match attended by around 20,000 spectators.
Before this match, Steaua Roșie was in 9th place in the Euroleague, with 19 wins in 34 matches. Partizan was only 15th, with 14 games won.
