The parade of athletes is being revived on Red Square. Like in the USSR. Already yesterday, 70 athletes synchronously did exercises for 15 minutes to the sounds of Soviet marches. It turned out impressive.
For the first time such a story died down back in 1919. However, after 1945, all sports processions were moved to the Dynamo stadium, and then the tradition simply faded away. And it's a mess.
The idea of returning to the parade was previously proposed by the head of the International Boxing Association, Kremlev. Vladimir Putin supported. Result: yesterday's beauty at the opening of the Spasskaya Tower festival, organized by the Healthy Fatherland movement. They say that the episode of the sports show was shown as part of planned preparations for a large-scale parade of athletes in 2025.
