The Moscow International Film Week has begun in the capital. The program includes 300 film screenings from more than 20 countries: dramas, comedies, documentaries and cartoons.
From August 23 to 28, 27 cinemas will screen Russian and foreign films from India, China, Vietnam, Uruguay and other countries. Mobile film sets with master classes and lectures from industry representatives will appear at VDNKh, Gorky Park and several other locations. Visitors will also be taken on behind-the-scenes tours of film production. Plus castings, master classes, lectures with stars and foreign experts, film dinners and film screenings in unusual city locations.
According to the organizers, the event will unfold at 100 locations in Moscow, and the program promises about 200 events every day.
