On Tuesday, March 31, a lawsuit was registered at the Bucharest Court in which ACM Football Conseil, the impresario firm that represents Kader Keita, requests the insolvency of the Rapid club. A first deadline was set on May 18, 2026.
The litigation has behind it a debt of 17,400 euros, the amount of the commission that Rapid would owe to the impresario company based on the finalization of Keita's move to Bucharest.

A precedent from March 2025, when impresario Mihai Joita and the company Bestway Soccer requested the entry into insolvency of the FCSB for an alleged debt of 40,000 euros on account of the transfer of David Kiki from Farul to the red-blue team, instills confidence in the Rapidists. Three months later, the Bucharest Court rejected that request.
On the other hand, in February, the Galaţi Court accepted a request for insolvency of the Oțelul Galaţi club, based on a debt of 11,250 euros to the footballer Stiven Plaza. The decision was later overturnedat Apel, after the Galați club paid off that debt.
