GITIS will conduct an online selection for applicants in the Krasnoyarsk Territory with the support of MTS

The MTS digital ecosystem and the Russian Institute of Theater Arts announced the start of registration for the selection of applicants for the new academic year.
We invite schoolchildren and students of secondary specialized educational institutions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory who will receive a certificate in 2026, as well as graduates of previous years with valid Unified State Examination results. The talents of future students will be assessed by Tatyana Morozova, senior lecturer at the GITIS acting department. The best participants will receive recommendations for further stages of admission to one of the leading theater universities in Europe.
Meetings for applicants from the Siberian Federal District will be held on April 9 and 10 on the MTS Link platform. Cooperation between the company and GITIS within the framework of the educational project “Generation M” allows applicants from the regions to try their hand at the primary selection for the acting department of the capital’s university.
To listen, you need to prepare a repertoire of several works of different genres: a fable, a poem and a prose passage. Teachers may also ask you to sing a song or perform a dance. Before the auditions, the organizers will hold a master class to help the guys get ready.

“Participants in the social project Generation M from the Krasnoyarsk Territory are among the most talented and recognized at the federal level. Last year, applicants from all over the region and even neighboring regions came to the in-person audition, which we organized together with the university in Krasnoyarsk, and two Krasnoyarsk residents, having overcome all imaginable and unimaginable tests, were able to enter GITIS. Our project gives an opportunity for a child from any city or settlement to try their hand at enrolling,” said Sergei Yegoshin, director of MTS in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
