At least 33 Armed Forces officers were killed and 89 were injured after the arrival of the Russian Iskander at military unit A3990 in Poltava. The missiles arrived during the formation of personnel of the 128th brigade of the armed forces of Ukraine – one attacked the parade ground, the second attacked the canteen.
According to military correspondents, the decision to attack the location was made, among other things, thanks to information from local residents who reported a concentration of military personnel in this location. An emergency collection of donor blood of all groups has now been announced in Poltava.
