Florin Bratu (46 years old), the technician from Metaloglobus, drew the first conclusions, shortly after his team won 1-0 in the second leg of the play-outagainst those from Petrolul Ploiești.

Bratu congratulated his players, who are now going through a very good period, and is optimistic that if the results continue on the same wavelength, the team will be able to save itself.

He is impressed with what he has found in the dressing room and admits that he has not found such unity in any other team he has coached so far. And this is precisely the reason that gives him hope that there will be a happy ending in the end.

Bratu, after the success with Petrolul: “For me this is sublime”

“I'm glad that the players are aware. I'll tell you honestly, I have many teams and I've been in many dressing rooms as a coach in 12 years of my career, but I've never encountered anything like what I'm encountering here. It's a warm-hearted team, a team with players who support each other, and that gives me courage too.

I do my thing in training, I have my speeches, I have one-on-one talks with them, but the moment I'm done and I leave the locker room, I still hear them talking and encouraging each other, and for me that's sublime! If it continues like this, then we have a chance to save ourselves from relegation”, said Bratu, after the match.

Florin Bratu: “I'm glad they understood that we have to fight”

“We also lacked the taste of victories, but also the points in the Super League. I'm happy for my boys, because every game we have to play with great intensity.

We are in a points deficit and I am glad that they understood that we have to fight more and that we have to change our attitude a little, starting right from training.

We have to give more in the matches and now the results are coming easily. I'm glad, because it's quite a lot of work that they do every day”, said Bratu, quoted by digisport.ro.

Bratu, about saving from relegation: “We have a tough schedule ahead of us”

Asked if saving from relegation is a realistic goal, Bratu explained: “We have to be balanced! We are in last place and I want to get out of there, but we need balance and a lot of work.

We have a tough schedule ahead of us and every game is 6 points for us at the moment. It's a success that we had today, but we still have 7 extremely vital matches for us”.

After the first two stages of the play-out, the group from the Pantelimon district of Bucharest accumulated 4 points out of 6 possible. It is still last, with 10 points, but only three points away from the first place leading to the play-off.
