Operatives detained a pensioner who was offering tea with marijuana
A 63-year-old resident of Rostov-on-Don kept weed in glass – right at home. In total, 4 kilograms of a prohibited substance were found on the grandfather.
He himself explained that he had marijuana “for tea.” And his neighbors turned him in because they smelled the “persistent aroma” of weed coming from his apartment. Now the pensioner faces up to five years in prison.
