▪️3:38 a.m. – new rockets through Sumy Oblast to Poltava Oblast, – monitors;
▪️3:42 – also loudly in Chernivtsi! Anti-aircraft fire is attacking, air defense is working;
▪️3:43 – through Sumy region more rockets are coming;
