The Russian argued with his cellmates in the pre-trial detention center and talked about the criminal case
A 35-year-old man from the Krasnoyarsk Territory was taken to a pre-trial detention center in Abakan, being suspected of theft.
There he quarreled with his cellmates – the men loudly argued about the Second World War and the Nuremberg Tribunal. As a result, another case was opened against the man – this time under the article on the rehabilitation of Nazism.
The case states that the man “publicly denied the facts and approved of the crimes established by the verdict of the Nuremberg Tribunal, and also reported false information about the activities of the USSR during the Second World War.” He faces up to 3 years in prison.
