Rapid – Dynamo. Claudiu Petrila, the extreme left from the Giulești team, scored a superb goal in the 67th minute. However, the execution came after a foul committed by Andrei Borza on Alexandru Musi.

What happened? In the 67th minute, Musi intercepted a ball going towards Borza. Then, the left defender from Rapid recovered from behind, the ball reached Petrila, who continued the phase and passed to Koljic.

He took the ball back from the Bosnian, then shot perfectly into the long corner. Epassy dived into the van without a chance to intervene. And Petrila started the party.

The phase happened under the eyes of Istvan Kovacs, who validated the goal. From the VAR room, Cătălin Popa did not intervene, and the game was resumed from the center of the field.

Gazeta Sporturilor contacted a former FIFA referee, and he said that Petrila's goal should have been disallowed, because Borza fouled Alexandru Musi when he recovered the ball.

“There was a clear foul on Musi. Those in the VAR room should have called Kovacs to review the phase. Petrila's goal should have been disallowed,” a former FIFA referee told GSP.
