On the morning of March 6, a 51-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk came to the bailiff department in the Sverdlovsk region for an appointment with the officer on duty. At the entrance, the junior bailiff asked whether the visitor had any prohibited items. He replied that he had nothing of the kind with him.

However, during the search, the officer’s attention was drawn to a flashlight case in the man’s pocket. The visitor became nervous and tried to hide the case, declaring that the item did not belong to him. The bailiff insisted on searching – inside the case they found two metal smoking pipes and a transparent bag with crushed substance with a pungent odor.

The man was detained and handed over to the shift supervisor, who contacted the duty department. As a result, the offender, along with the confiscated item, was taken to police department No. 3.
