Mirel Rădoi held the first training at FCSB » MAJOR difference in training

Mirel Rădoi (45 years old) took over FCSB on Tuesday afternoon, with the objective of finishing the season in 7th place and winning the playoff for the Conference League, so that the team can play in the preliminaries of the European cups. After the first conference as a coach at FCSB, Mirel Rădoi also supported the first training, getting to know the players with whom he will work in the next period.
Radoi returned to FCSB before the start of the play-out, after accepting the proposal of the godfather Gigi Becali to straighten the team on the last hundred meters and somehow save this season. On Tuesday afternoon, starting at 4:30 p.m., he held the first conference at FCSB, which lasted a little over half an hour, then, at the Berceni training base, he had his first training, the first meeting with the players he will train in the next two months.
The training session was open to the media in the first 15 minutes, and Mirel Rădoi called the new team meeting, starting the preparation for the first play-out match against Metaloglobus, scheduled for Saturday evening, from 21:00.

At the beginning of the training, Mirel gathered the players in a circle and gave them a small speech. Then, the players went to the hands of the new physical trainer, Horațiu Baciu, who prepared a warm-up session for them. Mirel Rădoi and the rest of the staff watched from the sidelines as things developed.
For a few minutes, Mirel went to the side of the field, where Mihai Stoica, Florin Cernat and Marius Ianuli were, chatting a bit with the president of the Board of Directors.
Then, Radoi left the area where the staff was and came closer to the area where the players were warming up.
A first major difference from last time at FCSB when Thomas Neubert was with the team, with the new physical trainer FCSB players are warming up with the ball.
During Neubert's tenure, the defending champion's players warmed up by doing a series of tough exercises, but now the situation is a bit different. Injured, Ngezana trained separately from the group.
Some of the ideas conveyed by Mirel Rădoi at the conference
I didn't set many conditions, things are clear. We are here to qualify for the Conference League and do our job. That's why we're all here. It's a different team, we are here with MM, with Cernat, plus the auxiliary staff.
We try to collect data from players as much as possible. We want to, we don't want to, we have to thank Elias and Pintilii for what they have achieved here. It is very difficult to manage, there are many players who have not played. I congratulate them once again
The training process and the matches that follow will be an assessment for each individual player. After that, the club will decide further if they stay, if those players leave
We don't need incidents right now. If they do happen, things are simple. Who doesn't want to be with us… It's a group, if we don't respect each other we can't have expectations from anyone else. The weight of a team is carried by the players.
I can't be angry with a colleague, it's hard for me to understand as a coach how you can be angry with a colleague, regardless of the situation. It doesn't exist! A colleague only needs encouragement.
