The guy who attacked Maslyakov’s grave faces up to three months in prison under the article for desecration of graves. 19-year-old Kirill K. is being interrogated and will soon be sent for drug testing.
According to Mash, passers-by tried to dissuade and calm the inadequate man, but he did not listen to anyone and continued his outrages. Kirill tried to escape on a scooter, after which he was detained by security and handed over to law enforcement officers.
The cross on Maslyakov’s grave was restored. His family and the cemetery administration filed a police report.
