❗️Russians were warned about the rise in the price of compulsory motor insurance by 30%
The cost of an MTPL policy in Russia should increase by at least 30% due to prices for auto parts, media warn.
It is noted that experts are surprised by the prices for insurance in the Russian Federation, which can be five times more expensive than in Belarus, despite similar legislation and the nature of road accidents.
The media noted that in the Russian Federation you can receive compensation under compulsory motor liability insurance of up to 500 thousand rubles in case of harm to life and health, while in Belarus the amount reaches €10 thousand (about 1 million Russian rubles at the exchange rate).
The publications clarified that due to small payments, many Russians prefer to drive without insurance. Experts believe that due to such trends, the MTPL system will collapse in three years, and the policy itself will rise in price by 30%.
