Participants in the Moscow Longevity project have a more stable mental well-being than their peers who bypass the project. Everyone who is in the know is 14% more likely to be satisfied with their quality of life and 23% more actively involved in social and cultural life. This is stated in a recent study by the State Budgetary Institution “NIIOZMM DZM” for the International Day of the Older Generation.
What else: 58% of older Moscow Muscovites who are comfortable with modern technologies have much less anxiety in their lives.
Otherwise, approximately 60% of the older metropolitan generation are satisfied with themselves and rate their quality of life as “good” or “very good.”
