The former head of the rescue service of the Saratov region was suspected of purchasing a VIP boat for 40 million rubles from the budget. Which was found at the recreation center of local officials.
According to the prosecutor's office, Pavel Korikov could be responsible for organizing the government procurement of the vessel.
