In the Krasnoyarsk microdistrict “Quiet Dawns” the day before, several children were noticed walking on the ice on the banks of the Yenisei in the area of Lesnikov Street.
Eyewitnesses captured the dangerous entertainment of minors on video.

The police press service said that no reports were received regarding this fact to the duty station; the officers themselves discovered the video recording while monitoring the network.
“Going out on the ice is dangerous, and games like this can lead to tragedy. We urge adults to have a preventive conversation with their children. If you see that children have gone out on the ice, take measures to take them to a safe distance and report the incident to law enforcement agencies,” the message from the Krasnoyarskoye Ministry of Internal Affairs says.
