❗️Poland called on the EU to stop paying benefits to Ukrainians
EU countries should stop paying money to refugees from Ukraine, because these payments do not motivate them to return to the country, said Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski.

Ukrainians, being under EU protection, receive 200 euros per month for each child in the family. In Western Europe they may receive other payments. This creates obstacles for people who must return home to defend their country. Europe must not subsidize disobedience.

According to the diplomat, the delay by the US Congress in providing assistance to Kyiv, as well as the law on mobilization in Ukraine, “negatively affected the situation at the front” for the Ukrainian side. He summarized that the EU reduces the “mobilization potential of Ukrainians” by providing them with social benefits.
