Three Siberians died after IV drips from alcohol and drug addiction
In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, nine people were detained for illegally providing “treatment” services for drug addiction and alcoholism. To do this, they administered solutions containing potent and psychotropic substances to patients through droppers.
A criminal case has been opened. The investigation is identifying other members of the group and the affected patients.
