The head of the Sudzhansky district of the Kursk region, Alexander Bogachev, was dismissed for silence and unwillingness to make contact with residents.
According to Mash, Bogachev was fired a few minutes ago, at a meeting of the regional leadership with people. Previously, forced migrants demanded answers from officials to logical questions – how they should live now and what about social support measures. But since August 6, the head of the district has never found time to talk and answer questions.
Last weekend, Sudzhan residents gathered on Red Square in Kursk and once again asked officials to answer questions. Today the authorities scheduled a general meeting, the first decision was Bogachev’s resignation.
