In Krasnoyarsk, dismantling of illegal structures that do not have permits continues. So, the day before in the Sovetsky district demolished at the expense of the city budget parking lot near a residential building at 20 Mate Zalki Street.
Previously, its owner had all the necessary documents to lease the site, but in 2024 he did not renew them, and since then the parking lot has been operating illegally, the mayor’s office said.
In 2025, 109 illegal objects were subject to demolition in the Sovetsky district, of which only 46 were dismantled by the owners themselves.
“First of all, according to the procedure, we notify the owner that within seven calendar days he has the opportunity to independently dismantle the object. If he doesn’t take any measures, we involve a contractor who vacates the territory,” said Elena Lanina, head of the Sovetsky district administration.
Currently, in the largest district of Krasnoyarsk, 326 illegal objects are included in the demolition register – these are pavilions, parking lots, basements and garages. This year, as part of a municipal contract, the contractor is dismantling illegal structures on a total area of 1,700 square meters. More than 2 million rubles will be spent for these purposes.
