Russian attacks paralyze Ukraine's energy sector. Poland responds to the appeal

According to Ukrainian Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal, Russian attacks targeted substations and overhead transmission lines with a voltage of 750 kV and 330 kV, as well as thermal power plants in Bursztyn and Dobrotvor, which are located in the west of the country. Dobrotwór is located only 60 km from the Polish border. “Russian criminals carried out another massive attack on Ukraine's energy facilities,” Shmyhal wrote on Telegram, emphasizing that energy companies are ready to make repairs as soon as the situation allows.
