Right defender Alexandru Țîrlea (25 years old) was sold by CFR Cluj to Metaloglobus, until the end of the current season.
At the beginning of 2025, CFR Cluj obtained the signature of Alexandru Țîrlea, a footballer with good years spent in Real Madrid's Academy.
In the year he spent in Gruia, the right-back played only twice, in the 30th stage of the previous season, respectively in the first round of the new season.
He was not even an emergency solution for coach Daniel Pancu, having zero minutes on the field during his tenure, so CFR did not oppose his release.
CFR Cluj sent Alexandru Țîrlea to Metaloglobus
Metaloglobus, last placed in the Superliga, got him a loan until the summer.
“Welcome, Alexandru Șîrlea! The 25-year-old right back will play for Metaloglobus on loan until the end of the current season. Alexandru comes from CFR Cluj.

Before coming to Romania, Țîrlea played for seniors only at Deportivo Alaves (two matches), respectively at Gimnastic de Tarragona, 58 appearances, mostly at the level of the third league.
