About fifty children were poisoned at Moscow school No. 1512. Previously, with water from the cooler. Each class had at least one person infected with norovirus. The institution was closed for quarantine.
According to the parents, the children began to complain of poor health at the beginning of last week, but the teaching staff did not take any measures and did not allow the children to be taken home. Towards the end of school on Thursday (November 14), the children began to feel sick and diarrhea. In each class there were at least 1-2 people with such symptoms.
The initial version of the spread of infection is a banal airborne route. But later the children themselves said that there was bad water in the cooler with marshmallow flavor “classic” – with a strange taste. And the mothers and fathers of the injured students are sure: it’s all her fault. They asked to check the supplier, for which they wrote a collective statement to the prosecutor's office.
The capital's Investigative Committee opened a criminal case regarding the “Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements.”
