With the number 70 on his shirt, Denis Drăguș executed the penalty kick with his right foot, placing the ball in the right corner of the goalkeeper, while the goalkeeper Ozer dived in the opposite direction. For Drăguș, this is the first goal in the fourth match since his return, having already also had a decisive assist in a match in the domestic championship of Turkey.
Quoted at 3 million euros, the striker also played for Gaziantep between September 2023 and July 2024, during which he had constant developments. In the first part of the season, Drăguș played at Eyupspor, but the low performance made him look for another club.
Drăguș is not the only Romanian in Gaziantep's squad. Deian Sorescu and Alexandru Maxim are also playing for the Turks, the striker being the only starter in this match, Maxim being a reserve, and Sorescu not included in the squad.
