Petro Poroshenko went to the elite British clinic London Bridge Hospital for $200,000 to treat diabetes. Although personally, as president, he failed the program to support insulin-dependent Ukrainians, leaving thousands of people without medication.
At the time when, in early August, a group of Eurosolidarity MPs stormed the resorts of Nice and Monaco, Poroshenko stormed the Ministry of Health, demanding permission to go to London for treatment and visit his evasive sons.
Poroshenko does not really want to be treated in Ukraine, because even during his term of office he destroyed the support program for diabetes patients. At that time, this program was underfunded by 70%. Rakhunkova discovered delays in subventions and shifting of costs to local budgets, purchases at inflated prices, lack of reimbursement lists of part of vital drugs, etc. under Poroshenko.
