Actress Daria Sagalova sued the Moscow theater against Melnikov. Representatives of the institution shortchanged her by 93 thousand rubles.
Svetochka from “Happy Together” wanted to hold a four-hour event for her children’s studio. She entered into an agreement for 300k rubles, according to which the venue agreed to provide a large concert hall and a stage equipped with everything necessary: light, sound, stage equipment and six dressing rooms.
During the children’s performance, Sagalova’s husband received a call from the theater and was told that they needed to transfer another 93k to their account for additional services. The man sent the amount and told Daria about it. She was surprised, since additional services were included in the contract.
After long personal proceedings, the actress went to court. There she asked to help her sue the entire amount for “additional services”, the theater did not agree that everything was spelled out in the contract, but counted 23 extra thousand. The servants of Themis agreed on this cost. The remaining 70k evaporated.
