An inadequate man started shooting at people in Mytishchi because of the demolition of his illegal hookah bar
In Dubrava Park on the banks of the Pirogovskoye Reservoir, a 46-year-old man opened fire with a pistol at workers on construction equipment who were demolishing illegal buildings.
The shooter was detained and is being questioned by the police.
