Daniel Pancu (48 years old), the coach of CFR Cluj, published on social networks an image with a blackboard on which he drew the tactics for the match won against FCSB, score 4-1, in a match of stage #23 of the Superliga.
The blackboard in the locker room, with apparently meaningless lines, reminds of the drawings of Ionuț Chirilă during the time when he was the technician of ASA Tg. Mureș, complicated tactics that would have brought him dismissal from the formation after only two weeks because they were considered too complicated by the players.

The allusion was to Ionuț Chirilă: “I think someone would be envious of me”, was the message that accompanied the photo that Daniel Pancu published on his personal Instagram account.
Cobweb style tactics earned him dismissal from ASA Tg. Mureș to Ionuț Chirilă
Ionuț Chirilă was appointed coach at ASA Tg. Mureș in March 2017, and just 2 weeks later, 12 days to be exact, he was dismissed. Although the coach claimed at the time that the players didn't want him from the start and that he was “worked out”, it was written at the time that his frantically drawn-out tactics would have confused the footballers.

Mureș missed the goal and fell into the second echelon.
