A boy from Novokuznetsk, adopted by Americans, whose mother abandoned him on a bench 20 years ago, wants to come to Russia. And help volunteers find their mother.
We found James – he lives in Tallahassee, Florida. According to the guy, his new parents treated him poorly and constantly threatened to kick him out of the house. Mother is a teacher, father is a policeman, who all the time wanted to send Zhenya-James back to the Russian Federation. Unable to conceive their own child, they adopted an adopted one. The boy went to work at the age of 14 in order to quickly move out and become free.
As a result, James has been supporting himself for six years and is studying geography at college. In the future he wants to become a doctor of science and teach. And recently I started learning Russian – and made good progress in 9 months. Now he dreams of coming to Russia for a while, as soon as possible, and helping in the search for his biological mother.
