The first building is located in the village of Nikita. The singer acquired it back in the 1970s. I used to come there to take a break from the bustle of the city and have a drink, but after 2014 I stopped going there. The second is on the Yalta embankment, in a historic house of the 19th century. It was opened in 2009. The total area with the land underneath is 2041.5 square meters.
Two years ago, Rotaru tried to sell the hotel for 2.24 billion rubles. Since then it has been closed. As well as the apartment, which was also sold for 65 million rubles. Later she transferred it to her son.
