ING Bank Śląski has expanded the portfolio of savings products offered by another term deposit. The bank's new product stands out slightly from the previously available proposals due to its long maturity, the use of a variable interest rate and the possibility of making additional payments during its duration.

New Deposit with subsidies is a product that appeared in the bank's offer on January 23, 2026. It can be used by all bank customers who have an Open Savings Account in Polish currency or use the Dream Saver offer. The bank does not apply additional conditions, such as the need to deposit new funds or have the status of a new customer.

ING offer for a long term

A deposit with subsidies is a deposit made for 5 years. Capitalization is made every 12 months. The initial amount must be at least PLN 1,000 but not more than PLN 10,000. Those interested in the offer of ING Bank Śląski can open a maximum of three deposits of this type. The interest that accrues annually can be paid to a savings account or added to the capital.

The interest rate applied on this deposit is variable and is based on the reference rate of the National Bank of Poland. To determine the rate, subtract 0.50 percentage points from the reference rate. The rate currently applicable on this deposit is therefore 3.50%. on an annual basis. The given interest rates are valid from the date of entry into force of the new interest rates.

As the name of the deposit itself suggests, customers can add funds to it during its term. When creating a deposit, you can specify the amount to be transferred to the deposit each month. This amount may range from PLN 100 to PLN 2,000. You can edit the deposit amount by going to the deposit details.

Interest on the account every 12 months

A deposit with subsidies – like any other deposit – can be canceled earlier. What distinguishes this offer from most other offers is the fact that the client can count on payment of part or all of the accrued interest. In order not to lose them, it is best to liquidate the deposit immediately after capitalization, which takes place after every 12 months of the deposit. Closing the deposit, e.g. after 18 months, will result in the client receiving the capital plus interest accrued only for the first 12 months.
