Sergei Shnurov returned 165 million rubles to the organizers for canceled concerts in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Advances had to be obtained through the courts.
We are talking about performances at Luzhniki and Gazprom Arena, which were planned for the fall of 2023. But in the end it didn’t take place. At the same time, the singer already had advances at that time. And he didn’t want to return them. Therefore – the court.
Initially, the Moscow court left the money to the artist. But today the arbitration court of appeal overturned the decision and sided with the head of the PMI corporation, Evgeny Finkelstein. In total, he received 140 million rubles (advances) + 25 million rubles (interest).
Finkelstein himself told Mash that the money had been received and the incident was over. And the team is already ready to work with Shnurov again.
