Andrei Nicolescu, president-shareholder at Dinamo, offered fresh news about the club's targets in this mercato: Matteo Duțu, Liam Eissat, Vladislav Blănuță and a new name!
So far, Dinamo has completed two transfers this winter. They signed the left defender Valentin Țicu (25 years old) and far right Ianis Tarbă (19).
It seemed that Dinamo would also transfer Liam Eissat, the brother of the international Lisav Eissat, but at the last minute, Andrei Nicolescu announced that that transfer was put on hold.
Dinamo's president also gave fresh news about the other targets.

We are waiting today for the answer from Dinamo Kiev. We are also having discussions with Blanuță's manager, by the way, what we can offer him. We will see. It is not closed definitively, but not in a dynamic very close to completion.
Speaking of amounts, it hasn't changed [nimic] in the offer I sent, but only the conditions under which this eventual transfer would take place. I have known him since he was a junior at Rapid, I have discussed with him since then. It needs special treatment to yield, nine we need at least 1 year to be able to bring him to his capacity. Nicolescu also revealed that there is a short list for bringing in a central midfielder:

But also that Liam Eissat no longer reach Dinamo:
