At least 15 civilians of Rylsk were injured after the Ukrainian Armed Forces were attacked by ATACMS missiles with, in advance, a cluster warhead.
The building of the pedagogical college is on fire, and a community center, a recreation center, school No. 7, a fire station and several private houses were also damaged by shrapnel.
