TCC members shot a resident of Odessa when he tried to save his son from forced mobilization.
At the end of August, Ukrainian military commissars were allowed to shoot civilians if their lives were threatened. All because of the incident in Lutsk, where an unknown person attacked the military commissariat – he fired a whole clip at the building and the soldiers.
