Families with children in Russia should live at the expense of those who do not have children, the State Duma said
Even those who cannot have children must pay a childlessness tax, announced member of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes Evgeny Fedorov. The deputy also proposed equating Russians without children with “alimony payers.”
According to him, people who “have no desire or opportunity” to procreate should contribute to the treasury. At their expense, assistance will be provided to those who have a child.

We have families with children, the state helps them in every possible way – benefits, mortgages, and so on. We need to take this money from childless people, that is, those who, in theory, should have children, but for some reason do not want, cannot, or something else.
We call this redistribution mechanism, relatively speaking, a tax on childlessness.
