The document includes 18 points. According to the authors of the declaration, Russia’s actions are a “crime against the Ukrainian people,” a gross violation of international law and a serious threat to peace.
One of the points speaks of the need to restore the territorial integrity of Ukraine. It is indicated that Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions should come under the control of Kyiv.
