Security forces cordoned off Pleshcheyeva Street in Moscow because of a suspicious object similar to a Lepestok anti-personnel mine. It was left right on the intercom of one of the entrances.
Mines are often used by APUs. They are very small and invisible, but if they detonate near a person, they can make him disabled.
UPD. The mine turned out to be a training mine. They are now looking for whoever left it.
