Parents of quadrobers will be fined millions
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan stated that the hobby of quadrobics among children will be considered as a failure of parents to fulfill their duties. The fine under this article reaches 1.8 million soums ($150).
If necessary, children can also be sent for a psychological examination, since “a passion for quad training is contrary to the rules of behavior in society and is completely unacceptable.”
The department said that on October 11 in Tashkent, one of the quad drivers, pretending to be a dog, attacked passengers and scared a child.
