Together we discussed the most important priorities. Ukraine appreciates all the support. Tomorrow, after the meeting with President Trump, we will continue our discussion,” wrote the Ukrainian president.

“Strong positions are needed both on the front and in diplomacy to stop Putin from manipulating and avoiding a true and just end to the war. The world has enough strength to guarantee security and peace. Thank you!” – he commented on his post on social media.

Donald Tusk reacts

Earlier, Donald Tusk announced that in talks with the leaders of EU and NATO countries, there was agreement on the key role of security guarantees for Ukraine, which are to be “specific and certain”. He also announced a return to talks after the meeting of the presidents of the US and Ukraine.

“All interlocutors (Scandinavians, Canada, the Netherlands and NATO also joined) agreed that security guarantees for Ukraine are crucial. Specific and certain. Such guarantees also mean a safer Poland. Tomorrow, after the meeting of the presidents of the US and Ukraine, we will return to the conversation,” the Prime Minister wrote on October.
