According to the mother of the injured child, when her 14-year-old son was walking to school with his friend, they were shouted by a man unknown to them.
He approached the schoolboy and rudely asked if he was “a girl,” since he was so dressed up. The guy affirmatively said that he was quite a “kid.” After that, the man pulled off his hood and hit him in the face.
The attacker followed the children and shouted that the guy should not dress like that again and not come into his sight. Police officers have already identified someone who likes to “ask for appearance.”
It turned out to be local resident Andrei Filippov. A criminal case was opened against him under the article “Battery”. Filippov himself claims that he just wanted to talk, and the student answered him rudely.
