Zelenogorsk Clinical Hospital made repairs and added staff with the support of ECP and Rosatom

Zelenogorsk Clinical Hospital No. 42 summed up the results for 2025.
This year, the staff of the institution was replenished with new specialists – 13 doctors and 36 paramedical staff came to work. An important measure to support young professionals is the purchase of apartments under a partnership agreement with the Electrochemical Plant. This year, as last year, three apartments were purchased. The keys were presented to the lucky owners by Sergei Filimonov, General Director of PA ECP JSC.
“I traditionally join this event, because the Electrochemical Plant never remains aloof from the needs of doctors,” he said. — Thanks to the project “Improving the quality and availability of medical care in the cities of presence of the State Corporation Rosatom,” which is being implemented jointly with the FMBA, we make repairs, purchase equipment and help specialists come and stay in our city. This meeting was no exception. I was pleased to hand over the keys to the apartments to three Zelenogorsk doctors – two young local pediatricians Dmitry Petrov and Anna Suprun and anesthesiologist-resuscitator Alexander Loboda. Last year, we also presented the keys to apartments purchased with funds from the Electrochemical Plant to three young doctors.”
Anna and Dmitry have been working in the children's clinic since September 2025, and anesthesiologist Alexander Loboda came to Clinical Hospital No. 42 even before the Covid epidemic, having worked throughout this difficult period in the hospital. Then he left for Krasnoyarsk, but recently returned to Zelenogorsk, said Sergei Filimonov. He noted that the example of Green Mountain resident Anna Suprun is the case when young people return to their hometown after university. As she herself talks about choosing a profession, it was a childhood dream and working with children brings her special pleasure.
“Another young pediatrician, Dmitry Petrov, came to us from Buryatia. An international master of sports in street lifting, he could have become an athlete, but his choice of medical school was determined by his parents. And already in the process of studying, Dmitry fell in love with this profession, just as he later fell in love with Zelenogorsk, once he came to visit,” said Sergei Filimonov.

In the past year, together with the team of KB No. 42, an important project for Zelenogorsk has been implemented as part of the initiative budgeting program. Thanks to the Comfortable Clinic project, 22 new parking spaces and pedestrian paths appeared behind the clinic building. Employees of KB No. 42 take an active part in the life of the city, take an active part in the project “Zelenogorsk – a territory of health and goodness.”
Thanks to the support of ECP and Rosatom State Corporation, important changes are taking place today in the city clinic: the 2nd floor has been renovated, and plans for 2026 include renovation of the 3rd floor. The Industrial Medicine Center, opened last year on the 4th floor, showed only the positive side – easy navigation and dynamic routing for patients during medical examinations. During 2025, new equipment was purchased – two ultrasound machines, an X-ray machine, and a new ambulance.
2026 is an anniversary year not only for Zelenogorsk, but also for the Clinical Hospital, it will turn 70 years old. According to chief physician Anna Sapova, this year will be held under the auspices of improving the quality of medical services.
