The government published on Wednesday evening, in the Official Gazette, the “trenuleț” Emergency Ordinance (EOG) 89/2025, which waives the 3% tax rate on the income of micro-enterprises, from 2026, and for workers paid the minimum wage, the non-taxable amount decreases starting from July 1, 2026.
